This very popular gourmet inspired Italian Deli was opened by Michael Colasurdo Senior, in 1984 & now his sons Michael & Ralph are bringing new ideas, new catering techniques & new innovative products to continue the immense popularity of this 38- year-old Italian specialty store. We asked Ralph, "What is the secret to your huge catering demand?" He answered: "Everything is about the little details. Every little thing makes a big difference. With a catering order here, your food is the star of the show. You have to have your recipes perfectly developed, make sure your staff is trained in the safe handling of food, and the food offerings satisfy the needs and wants of your client. Catering takes a combination of training, hard work and many skills to succeed. You have to enjoy people and be willing to work with them and make their life as easy as possible.
