The restaurant is named after Rosie Iaria (Susan’s mother) & there are small touches of Rosie’s influence everywhere in the restaurant. The blend of owners, Executive Chef Christopher Hermann, Robert Lange & Susan Iaria (Robert’s mom), along with General Managers Erin Costello & Gina Gearity, (who is also the talented decorator) & Kuki “The Greeter”, along with a very impressive, well-trained staff, represent the brightest star among the Ocean County restaurants.
