The Red Bank location opened July 5, 2019, by Frank Brusco, owner of the famed Patricia's in Holmdel, (so you can count on quality) and Gabriella Varshavsky, a well informed restaurateur. The steakhouse opened to a rousing cheer by dining critics & area 'foodies.' Executive Chef Michael Tsarnas, along with a staff that includes Pastry Chef Fa, has mastered the art of creating a harmonious palette of flavors & along with owners Frank Brusco and Gabriella Varshavsky, brings this eatery, to the forefront of evolving steakhouse fare.
