CLOVE 12: Murali Unveils 12 Global Revolving Menus with Indo-Chinese Spins, July 9

Murali Somisetty, the talented owner, is definitely a trendsetter in every way. His new Global menu will offer 12 different cultural presentations, with each month of the year, presenting a different ethnic region, but with an Indo-Chinese spin. June was Indo Mexican & quite delicious. The warm tortilla CHICKEN QUESADILLA was filled with an exotic cheese & Mexican spiced chicken & may be short on calories, but the Indian added spice blend is gratifyingly long in the flavor department. July is Indo- Chinese & Thai. Also topping my list is the special Thai-inspired MUSHROOM-MINT PULAO with THAI COCONUT CREAM ($15). This dish is alive with its own flavorful attributes & is absolutely first-rate.
